The fanlisting for Neon Genesis Evangelion got revamped with a new layout included! Mind you, the old layout was screaming to me for a revamp as it's been ages since it needed one. I haven't felt so compelled to design this layout until I came across this image in which I finished with pure willpower. Each time I have an upcoming project that requires to be finished before the deadline, I somehow find myself revamping an existing fanlisting. I get sidetracked often, but multi-tasking seem to have an inspiration effect on me. Whenever I feel uninspired from one thing, another thing I do will usually strike me and motivate me to build the layout.

Hi everyone! I've been approved for 5 TAFL applications which I'm very happy about. So far, only 2 are completed and ready to be submitted as finished. The rest of the 3 are still in the works. Currently, I'm saving my last application in case I come across a particular subject I really would like to apply. To my understanding, every applicants are only allowed to apply for a maximum of 6 subjects total on all categories until the subjects that have been approved for are processed as finished on TAFL's update. I have to say for these layouts in particular, it was finding the right image that got me scrapping the PSD files numerous times. What started off as a blank canvas turned to some sort of an idea, but then come crumbling down again because the result was not particularly pleasing. With that said, I wouldn't be able to make these beautiful fanlisting designs without the right image itself. Please give these fanlistings a warm visit!

I've only just started writing this update and already I suspect that I will forget something. Either that or, I simply haven't accomplished much since my last update. But alas, let's see what I have to offer. Before I say anything else, let me say this: I am proud of these new revamps. I decided to put that near the beginning of this section because what I'm about to say next will have you believing otherwise.

A few weeks ago, I went ahead and gave Trigun fanlisting a much needed revamp. Must've been well over two years ago. At any rate, I like the new layout despite the mounds of pain coding it caused me. In addition, I have a layout up for my beloved Sailor Saturn fanlisting. She tends to associate more on the darker themes, though I took it into account that if I needed a new layout, it needed to be quite the opposite but still retain her main theme colors. Lastly, my Chobits fanlisting has a new facelift as well. I couldn't stand another year full of shades of pink. With this design in particular, it took only a day to create the design and another day to code the site together.

I also want to thank Aelyn for coding me a skinning theme because the phpSiteSkin isn't available for download anymore. I wanted to discard the old layouts but it's nice to look back into older themes so I can judge how crappy my designs and coding was before. I believe that's about it. If I've forgotten anything it'll just have to go with the next update (god knows when that'll be). 'Till then, take care guys!

For the past couple of years, I've been battling spam because the old PHP scripts I've used for contact forms were either outdated or weren't secured enough to stop these bots from spamming me. However, thanks to Aelyn, I think this new form has prevented any spam these past couple months already. Overall, I think it's time I make a new layout, though hardest part will be finding the right image that suits my style. Speaking of layout, I do have a PSD file that I've been working on for my upcoming Aranea Highwind shrine. But no matter how much I look at it, there's still something... missing... Therefore, I cannot go further with trying to work on the main contents until I'm content with the main design itself.

Happy New Year! I finally got a layout up for my update log... Looks familiar right? I basically recycled the design on my contents section from my domain's. In addition to that, I was indeed lazy to make a new design for my entries. However, I did slightly tweaked the colors to coordinate it with the main layout itself. Now it's not as boring and plain as it was before and my log section is actually worth looking into this time! As for any network updates, Aelyn and I have updated all our fanlistings in terms of coding and a couple of wordings here and there which no one probably would actually take notice of. I've also opened a couple fanlistings last year which I haven't mentioned here at all, but if you haven't visited them yet, check out Enamour. I apologize for the lack of updates. I'm still lurking around the net, but I honestly have slowed down a bit on the updates. I can't be certain how frequent I'll be updating anything, but I am updating something around the network here and there!
